PowerPhotos lets you distribute photos from the Photos app across multiple libraries instead of storing them all in one place. You can easily switch between libraries or browse photos directly from PowerPhotos without having to open each library individually in the Photos app.
Key Features:
- Merge Photo Libraries
Want to merge multiple libraries into one? PowerPhotos lets you merge them and remove duplicates. You’ll see a preview of how the merged library will look before making any changes, so you can be sure you’re getting the desired result. - Find Duplicate Photos
It’s easy to accumulate multiple copies of the same photo in your collection. Use PowerPhotos to find duplicate photos in one or more libraries, view them side-by-side, and organize them into albums that you can easily delete. - Browse and Search
Use the PowerPhotos Photo Browser to quickly view your photos without opening the Photos app. See detailed information about photos using the list view, and search for photos across all your libraries at once.
What’s New?
- Minor adjustments have been made to macOS 15 Sequoia support.
- When merging or converting a corrupted iPhoto/Aperture library, the library’s database now looks for unsigned images within the library package.
- PowerPhotos can now convert iPhoto 2 libraries. A bug that caused the export process to stop with the message “Unable to obtain the necessary resources for export” has been fixed.
- A bug that occurred after reinstalling the library has been fixed.
